A Theory of Everything – Things I Wish I’d Known at Your Age

A Theory of Everything - Things I Wish I'd Known at Your Age

written by Dr. Jonathan Tuck, Ph.D

A Theory of Everything is written by Dr. Jonathan Tuck, Ph.D., who has suffered tremendous pain during his life as the result of an accident that injured his brain. As a teenager, his experience caused several physical, mental, and emotional traumas that led to a roller coaster life full of frustrations, anger, and hate. He thought life was trash!  As a teenager, it just wasn’t fair!

At a tender age of eight, right after his accident, his doctor told his parents that it was likely that he would live the rest of his life in a wheelchair.

But, a twist of fate occurred to him through his personal quest for enlightenment, and his personal choice  to survive, and thrive turned his life into a treasure.

To date, at 48 years old, he is a very vibrant doctor of Philosophy who compleed his doctorate at the University of Oxford, empowering us through his life of triumphs.

Part 5: Relationship Roller Coaster Ride

When you hurt another person, emotionally or physically, you feel hurt  as well. Psychologists, through their research, found out that when you inflict pain on others it makes you feel guilty, upset, unpeaceful,  and agitated. It is because we are designed to love and not to hurt. When we inflict harm upon others, it shakes our core and reminds us that we are acting based on our lower selves, not on our higher inner selves.
